Notarization
We provide notarization and legal registration services through notaries licensed by the Ministry of Justice, using its electronic platforms: real-estate conveyance and transfer of title, issuing and revoking powers of attorney, and notarizing corporate contracts and resolutions. Most work is completed remotely through the Ministry of Justice platforms after national single-sign-on verification, with no in-person visit.

- Real-estate conveyance and transfer of title between individuals and companies
- Issuing powers of attorney, defining their authorities, and revoking them
- Notarizing companies’ articles of association, their amendments, and partners’ and assembly resolutions
- Notarizing contracts and instruments that the law permits to be notarized
- Notarizing mortgages and their release
- Verifying that documents are complete and notarization requirements are met before the appointment
- Completing work remotely through the Ministry of Justice electronic platforms (Nafath and the Tawtheeq portal)
Timing
When to call us
You are selling or buying a property and want the conveyance completed electronically at a fixed appointment, with no in-person visit.
The partners have approved an amendment to the articles of association or a resolution that requires certified notarization to take effect.
You need a power of attorney issued with precisely defined authorities, or an existing one revoked — and we operate a dedicated notarization line that connects you directly with the notary.
